On campus, looking for the nicest building to hang out in after some classes? Look no further, I have developed a curated list of the top ten buildings on SUU's campus (best to worst).
1. The Business Building
This is the number one building to hang out in. There's a large selection of seating, plenty of drinking fountains and bathrooms, and it is the newest/nicest building on campus.
2. The Library
The library has a ton of great resources, a lot of seating, and noise arrangements in case you have a headache. It also has a store in case you're hungry for a snack.
3. The Student Center
The student center has a lot of dining options with two nice dining areas for you to choose from. There is also comfortable seating with couches, as well entertainment options such as pool tables and ping pong tables. 4. The Education Building
The education building is a pretty new building with a lot of seating and water fountains. The only major downside is three sets of stairs for you to climb. 5. The Science Building
The science building number five on this list because it is pretty average. Nothing special about it but the seating, drinking fountains, and bathrooms are fine. All around it's pretty average.
6. The Hunter Conference Center
The hunter conference center is decent inside, but I'm not sure anyone goes in there.
7. Braithwaite Liberal Arts Center
The only thing that goes on in here is the writing center.
8. The General Classroom Building
This building is pretty old, and this is the part of the list where we start seeing major decline in quality. The hallways are small, it's dimly lit, has a confusing layout, and it has a strange aroma. On top of all of these negatives, it has a million stairs.
9. The Engineering Building
This building is small and crowded. The ceilings are low and dimly lit. Not much more to say here. My personal advice would be to not come here unless necessary.
10. The Bennion Building
This building is mainly filled with administrative workers for the college. It's a building that dwarfs the engineering building. It's a shame that the two buildings couldn't be switched, as the people suffering are the others salary's.
Overall, the buildings at SUU aren't half-bad, I would reccommend staying in the top part of my list though.
